Lets face it, we live in a society that Loves to eat unhealthy. We have our daily trips to the local fast food restaurants, eat donuts for breakfast, candy bars for a quick boost of energy. Heck even our "healthy" food is often times over processed and stripped of nutrition.
We are a junk food addicted society that loves anything fast. Not only do we want to get thin fast, but we want to get thin fast while continuing our junk food addictions.
Research has shown over and over that the only way to lose weight is calories in vs calories out. It takes an additional 3500 calories to gain one pound. And those calories can come from anywhere, although it's a great deal easier to shove 3500 calories of cake, cookies, and fried foods in you mouth than it is fruits and vegetables.
So can you get thin fast and eat junk food?
This may surprise you but the answer is YES you Can. But do you really want to?
Sure you could get thin fast by eating 1200 calories of chips, candy, cookies, maybe even burger, fries and a soda. It could work if your only objective is to lose weight.
If your real goal is to not only be thin, but be healthy, look better, feel better and have more energ
y than just cutting calories is not going to be the answer you need.Like I said it can be done, When I was just entering adult hood I decided I was tired of being chunky and I was ready to get thin, and I wanted to get thin FAST. So I just restricted my calories. I drank Pepsi, ate chips and candy but I never really felt good. I had low energy and was moody, and I got depressed easily.
It wasn't until I started gathering information about how to eat and exercise and than actually began practicing what I was learning that I realized how much of a difference it made. I felt GREAT. I was happy, full of energy, my skin was clear and I felt really proud of myself. Eventually I even became a strength trainer, and a model.
My suggestion to you is that if you absolutely must have a certain junk food, (maybe an ice cream, a candy, or a soda) is to buy the mini package of it and save the "treat" until the end of the day. You will feel better and you will still get thin fast.
Research shows that when you start your day off eating unhealthy you are more likely to continue making "bad" food choices throughout the day.
I also find getting a workout in, even a quick one, at the beginning of the day gives me a big boost for the rest of the day!
