There are two key words when fighting fat, and its two that we are all too familiar with. Food and Exercise. It seems simple but all those pounds of fat hinge on two simple words. Now think about things that you like to do that cause you to be mobile. Is it swimming, skating, dancing or even walking? Now take one of your favorites and turn it into an exercise regime. Now add to this about ten minutes of interval exercise. This simply means incorporating intense exercises that are applicable to the area of the body you are concentrating on.
