What Is Omega 3 Fat And Why Is It Good For You?

That is the question asked by millions of people to day. Omega-3 EFA`S, (essential fatty acids) are DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) essential acids that at one time where known as Vitamin F.
