Tennis Star Chris Evert Teams Up with Hood Simply Smart Milk

to Support "Chris Evert Charities" During 2010 US Open

Fans can win a chance to play with Chris plus a trip for two to the "Pro-Celebrity Tennis Classic" in Boca Raton, Florida

Chris Evert, Hall of Fame Tennis Star

Chris Evert has teamed up with Hood Simply Smart Milk, to help support her charitable organization, during this year's U.S. Open. For every match that's won by an American woman during the Open, Simply Smart will donate $1,000 to Chris Evert Charities—up to a maximum of $10,000. The money raised will fund programs that ensure a future for at-risk children and their families.

Like many moms, Evert says it's a challenge to balance work and family—while staying healthy. That's one of the reasons she's partnering with Simply Smart to promote healthy living.

"I'm always looking for ways to reduce the fat in my family's diets. My family loves milk—especially Hood Simply Smart Milk—and it's an easy way to get calcium and protein into our diets. Simply Smart offers all the taste of milk—without all the fat."

Evert says eating right and staying fit are so important to your health. "Tennis will always be a big part of my life. Even though I'm not winning Grand Slams anymore it's still a great way for me to spend time with my family and get exercise at the same time."

Fans who visit www.BeSimplySmart.com will find a whole court of fun and useful information, including videos of Chris sharing tennis and lifestyle tips, gram slam memories, podcasts, recipes, coupons and more. Go to BeSimplySmart.com by September 30th and enter to win the opportunity to play tennis with Chris Evert—plus a trip for two to the "Pro-Celebrity Tennis Classic", in Boca Raton, Florida, November 6-8.
